When will my order be dispatched?
If the product is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days. If you have placed a pre-order, your product will be shipped within 2-3 days of the 'in-stock' date on the product details. You'll receive full tracking information to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.

Can I return my order?
You are welcome to submit a request for return within fourteen days of delivery. Simply email me at brittany@thetreasuri.co.uk or submit the form above for details. Please make sure to repackage your order in the original packaging, undamaged and unaltered. Please note that custom orders are subject to a non-returnable policy.
